To install the thread tension motor
Check the orientation of the thread tension motor
shaft to be sure it aligns with the slot in the plastic
thread tension nut in the head frame. The motor
wires should exit the motor at the top left (10:30
position). If the slot in the plastic nut does not
align with the motor shaft, use a flat screwdriver
to rotate the plastic nut until it aligns properly with
the motor.

CAUTION
: Do not attempt to rotate the
tension motor shaft by hand or with any
tools. this will damage the motor gears.

Use a #1 Phillips screwdriver to mount the motor with two M3 screws.

CAUTION

the Thread Break Sensor.
To adjust the thread break sensor
If the thread break sensor alarm is generating false error messages, the sensor may need to be adjusted.
The green tip of the sensor should be as close as possible to the tensioner check spring without touching
the spring.
