Setting the Alarm Delay
Explanation
The Alarm delay is explained in the ‘dialout sequence’ earlier in this manual but
to reiterate the Alarm delay is the period of �me from an alarm becoming
ac�ve on the M60 or ADE panel (
A
nalogue
D
igital
E
xpander), to the M60
dialling out. Most customers will set this �me period to 1 minute, thus giving a
reasonable �me for false alarms (e.g. temperatures momentarily rising to high,
power glitches, etc).
For those who wish to have longer or shorter periods for the Alarm delay
proceed as below:

If you are already in the ‘Keypad Op�on’ move on to sec�on 2.
Otherwise con�nue at sec�on 1.
Section 1
Before beginning to change the ‘Alarm delay’ ensure that you are on the
‘Default display’ as shown below.

Iden�fica�on of the dialler are for demonstra�on purposes only.
