•
NEVER
use the infant car seat if it is damaged, broken,
or missing parts. Call 1-800-230-8190 to find out if the
damaged or missing parts can be replaced.
•
DO NOT
use a cut, frayed, or damaged infant car seat
harness restraint, vehicle seat belt, or LATCH belt.
•
THE INFANT CAR SEAT CAN BECOME HOT IN THE SUN.
Before putting your child in the infant car seat, touch
metal and plastic parts to test their temperature. Use
caution as hot parts could result in burns.
•
SOME SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN ARE AT INCREASED
RISK.
Some children, such as preterm babies or those
who have tested positive for positional apnea, may
be at increased risk of breathing or other difficulties in
an infant car seat. If your child has special needs, have
your physician or hospital staff evaluate your child and
recommend the proper infant car seat or car bed before
using this product.
•
DO NOT PLACE THIS INFANT CAR SEAT IN A VEHICLE
SEATING LOCATION WITH A FRONT AIR BAG.
If the
air bag inflates, it can cause serious injury or death to
your child. Front passenger side air bags may also be
dangerous. Check your vehicle owner’s manual for more
information. The back seat is the safest place for children
12 and under.
