9.4 NFC
connection
build-up
If your playback device supports NFC you may quickly and
easily build up a connection without having to perform the above
steps:
1)
Switch on NFC in your playback device.
Refer to the respective User Manual.
2)
Check in the User Manual where the NFC antenna of
your playback device is situated.
3)
Set your Earphones to Pairing mode.
For this keep multifunction button pressed for at least
3 seconds. You will first hear the message „Power
On“, and later „Pairing“.
Alternative blue-and-red-blinking of the LED at the
right Earphone side signals that Earphones are ready
for connection build-up.
4)
Touch the NFC area at the left ear cup with the
respective point of your playback device and wait for
appr. 3 seconds.
5)
Connection is established automatically, and you will
receive feedback from your playback device.
6)
If connection cannot be established please move your
playback device slowly around the point of the
Earphones described above. Repeat if necessary
steps 1) to 3). If, after several attempts, no connection
has been established, you may proceed as described
in
„
Bluetooth connection build-up
“ at any time to
establish the connection manually.
NOTE!
If no connection can be established within a timeframe of 15
minutes, Earphones switch off automatically.
NOTE!
If you want to connect Earphones with another Bluetooth
playback device you need to disconnect the active connection
first by deactivating Bluetooth at the first playback device
(alternatively, disconnect Earphones in the Bluetooth settings
of the playback device) and then build up a connection to the
new device (see
Bluetooth connection build-up
or
NFC
connection build-up
).
NOTE!
If a given Pairing proves impossible, switch off the Earphones
and then retry establishing a connection.
