Trouble Shooting
The product has overheating protection. It will automatically
stop working when it reaches too high of a temperature. Please
unplug the power cord and let it cool down for at least 30
minutes.
PROBLEM
SOLUTION
The product does not work.
1. Check the connection between
the power cord and the outlet.
2. Check the Power button to see
if the product has timed out.
The massage function does
not work.
1. The motor is over heated.
Please turn off the product and
allow it to cool off for
30 minutes.
2. Check the Power button to see
if the product has timed out.
The massage intensity is
too strong.
1. Please make sure the product
is stationary.
2. It is best to adapt to the
massage intensity level. Start
from the lower intensity level
and then move up to the
higher levels.
