It is possible to adjust the resistance le-
vel, and therefore of effort, by turning the
knob positioned on the tube. To increase
the resistance, turn the knob clockwise.
To decrease it, turn it anti-clockwise.
You can adjust the height of the seat by
unscrewing the knob under the seat, and
then pulling up or down the seat and set-
ting the height by inserting the knob to
the desired level. Be careful not to raise
the seat above the level indicated on the
tube as MAX.
