Extension as
Sender ID
Some integrations provide the calling party’s
station number on forwarded calls to voice
mail. This feature uses that station number as
the sender ID to identify which calling station
left a message in the called parties’ mailboxes.
If the calling party information is unavailable,
the sender ID is identified as
“an outside caller.”

This option allows guests to access their
mailbox during the unavailable greeting by
pressing the # (pound) key. After the guest
