INTRODUCTION

Product Description

Inovonics’ NOVIA 262 is a versatile, dual-mode stereo audio

processor.  It is well suited to FM airchain use with an excit-

er that includes the stereo generator, and serves general

production studio and other broadcast plant applications.
The NOVIA 262 features gain-riding AGC, leveling, paramet-

ric EQ, 3-band dynamic range compression, and both wide-

band and independent pre-emphasis-protection final limit-

ing.  Programmable from the front panel or through its

cross-platform Web interface, the NOVIA 262 also supports

2-way program streaming and SNMP.

Product Features

Features of the Inovonics NOVIA 262 include:

Comprehensive audio processing with factory and

user presets; internal scheduler allows dayparting

Accepts analog, AES-digital and streaming program

inputs; out-streams source and processed audio for

remote monitoring

Failover feature can switch to an alternate program

feed when primary audio is lost

Easy setup using the OLED screen and jog-wheel nav-

igation of the processor’s menu tree

Full-function Web interface works with any browser

Self-logging alarms for audio loss; alarm ‘tally’ for

remote indication; alarm also dispatches email or

text message alerts

Analog L/R and AES-digital program line outputs.

Accurate front-panel LED metering; all processing

functions metered with OLED display and Web inter-

face
