Setting before exercising
Press the Manual button to select training
parameters. You can set the training time,
distance or calorie consumption by pressing
the Speed+/- buttons.
Press the Start button to start exercising.
Adjust the speed by pressing the Speed +/-
buttons or 6/8/10/12/14/16.
Adjust the incline by pressing the +/-
buttons or 5/7/9/11/13/15.
When the set parameter is reached, the
treadmill automatically stops.
