Lift up the crisper with its glass cover, then pull it out of the refrigerator.

To replace the crisper, slide it into the refrigerator compartment and lower it
into place.
Maintaining your refrigerator
Your refrigerator is designed for year-round use with only minimal cleaning and
maintenance.
When you first receive your refrigerator, wipe the cabinet with a mild detergent
and warm water, then wipe dry with a dry cloth. Do this periodically to keep your
refrigerator looking new.
Cleaning the interior of your refrigerator

Unplug your refrigerator.

Remove all food.

Remove the shelves (see Adjusting the shelves on page 15), door racks (see
Adjusting the door racks on page 15), and crisper (see Removing the crisper
on page 15).

Clean the door, drawers, shelves, racks, and cabinet surfaces with a mild
detergent, then rinse with warm water using a damp sponge or cloth.

Wash the inside with a warm, damp cloth soaked in a solution of one quart of
lukewarm water to two tablespoons of baking soda.

Dry all surfaces and removable parts before reinstalling them.

Plug in your refrigerator.
CAUTION
:
To prevent damage to the finish, don’t clean it with:
• Gasoline, benzine, thinner, or other similar solvents.
• Abrasive cleaners.
• Do not use sharp objects because they are likely to scratch the finish.
CAUTION
: Make sure that you keep the door gasket (seal) clean to keep your refrigerator
running efficiently.
