(wattage) level, regardless of the temperature output to the cooking pan (similar 
to setting a gas stove to low, medium or high).
In the Temperature Level mode your cooktop maintains a steady temperature on 
the cooking pan.
In both modes, your cooktop automatically shuts off if the over-temperature 
threshold is reached.
