BEGINNER
Use the up and down buttons to select the Beginner program and confirm by pressing MODE /
ENTER.
Use the up and down buttons to select program 1 - 4 (Fig. 14) and confirm by pressing MODE /
ENTER.
Use the up and down buttons to set the time.
Press START / STOP to start the program, use the up and down buttons to set the resistance of the
trainer.
Use the START / STOP button to stop the program. Press RESET to return to the main menu.

Use the up and down buttons to select program 1 - 4 (Fig. 15) and confirm by pressing MODE /
ENTER.
Use the up and down buttons to set the time.
