automatically. You can adjust speed and incline while running.
CALORIES COUNTDOWN MODE

While in the standby mode, press the “MODE” button twice so that the calories window starts
blinking. The default distance is pre-set to 100 cal.
Press “SPEED +” and “SPEED -“ to set the
calories amount you want. By each press the value increases/decreases by 10 cal. The
adjustable range is 20 - 990 calories.

PRESET PROGRAMS
While in the standby mode, press the “PROGRAM” button. You can choose from 24 preset programs.
The default time of a program is 30 minutes. Press “SPEED +” and “SPEED -“ to choose a time you
want, press “START” and begin exercising. When the time counts down to zero, the treadmill stop
running. See the program chart below:
