KEY FUNCTION 

UP  KEY/SELECT  UP

:  To  select  the  exercise  model  or  program  before  exercising  or  to  increase  the 

resistance level during workout. 

DOWN  KEY/SELECT  DOWN

:  To  select  the  exercise  model  or  program  before  exercising.  To 

decrease the resistance level during exercising. 

The  cycle  for  selecting  programs  is from  K1  to K9. Then  it  returns  to K1. They  cycle  of  the  R  and  S 
mode  are  the  same.  Push  ENTER  to  confirm.  Press  UP  (select  up)  or  DOWN  (select  down)  key  to 
increase or decrease level of exercise parameters. Press UP (select up) or DOWN (select down) key 
and  hold  for  2  seconds  to  increase  or  decrease  levels  or  parameters  continuously.  Press  ENTER  to 
confirm it. 

ENTER

: Press ENTER button to confirm the exercise mode and parameter set-up. 

RESET

:  Press  RESET  button  to  return  to  the  main  or  previous  menu.  After  finishing  the  set-up  of 

programs  or  resistance  levels,  press  RESET  button  to  return  to  the  standby  mode.  Press  RESET 
button for three seconds to return to the standby display at any menu. 

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION 

WATT BAR CHART 

The  WATT  BAR  chart  is  only  displaying  the  watt  during  the  K  (kayaking)  and  R  (rowing)  exercise 
mode. The higher watt number arising at the K or R mode, the more WATT bars will be displayed. 

L/R 

The  “L”  and  “R”  is  only  displaying  the  left  or  right  handle  during  the  exercise  of  the  S  (stretching) 
mode. 

STROKE 

The  STROKE  is  displaying  the  accumulated  strokes  during  exercising.  This  chart  is  only  for  K 
(kayaking)  and  R  (rowing)  mode.  The  range  of  the  strokes  is  from  0  to  999.  The  total  strokes 
accumulated  or  strokes  per  minute.  Will  be  displayed  automatically  every  6  seconds  during  the 
EXERCISE mode. 

STROKE s/m 

The  STROKE  s/m  is  displaying  the  exercised  strokes  per  minute.  This  chart  is  only  for  K  (kayaking) 
and  R  (rowing)  mode.  The  range  of  the  strokes  is  from  0  to  999.  The  total  strokes  accumulated  or 
strokes per min. will be displayed automatically every 6 seconds during the exercise mode. 

COUNT 

The  COUNT  is  displaying  the  accumulated  exercised  counts.  This  chart  is  only  for  S  (stretching) 
mode. The range of the strokes is from 0 to 999. The total accumulated counts or counts per min. will 
be displayed automatically every 6 seconds during the exercise mode. 

COUNT s/m 

The  COUNT  s/m  is  displaying  the  exercised  counts  per  minute.  This  chart  is  only  for  S  (stretching) 
mode. The range of the strokes is from 0 to 999. The total accumulated counts or counts per min. will 
be displayed automatically every 6 seconds during the exercise mode. 

TIME 

The range of time is from 00:00 to 99:59. The time will start to count from 00:00 at the standby mode 
with the manual exercise mode as quick start. The TIME or 500 m will be displayed during all exercise 
modes every six seconds. 

500m 

The 500m chart is to display the time to reach 500 meters during exercise. The TIME or 500m will be 
displayed during all exercise modes every six seconds.
