ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Put the cover (8) on the upright tube (11). Then lock the under upright tube (11) to the
upright tube plate (9) with hex bolts (6) and arc washers (7), and then put the cover (8) on it.
STEP 2:
Insert the upper upright tube (20) into the under upright tube (11), secured with the pop-pin
knob (18) at a proper height as shown.
