2.4 English-Chinese Dictionary
The dictionary offers phonetic symbols and Chinese explanations of
English words and phrases, which can be searched out by inputting
them or by sequential search. You can also view the grammar informa-
tion, such as Synonym, Antonym, Example and so on. Cross-search to
Oxford Dictionary and Chi-Eng Dictionary is available in this dictionary.
And you can also listen to the English, Mandarin and Cantonese pro-
nunciation.
Note: The picture, syllable, real voice data or animation corresponding
to some words can be viewed.
2.4.1 General Search
Input the first letter of the desired word,
a list of nearest words will be automat-
ically displayed on the screen. Press
[F1Half] to display the DJ phonetic
symbol, KK phonetic symbol and ex-
planations of the highlighted word in
one single screen.

sequentially or continue to input the
desired word. Touch [F2Rec.] to view
latest searched records. Touch [F3S-
