Assembly (continued)

4.1 Attach the Louvre control connector bar J and Louvre roof panel connector H to the first Louvre

roof panel F with with bolt (M6*30) N and Nut O.

4.2 Attach the Louvre roof panel connector H to the remaining Louvre roof panel F with bolt

(M6*30) N and Nut O.

4.3 Attach the other end of Louvre control connector bar J to the Louvre control handle G with bolt

(M6*30) N and Nut O.

4.4 After assembly, move the Louvre control handle G up and down to open and close the Louvre roof

panels F. Check and adjust all the connection points for smooth operation. In case, some Louvre

roof panels are stuck or scratching the beam, please try adjust leg post’s position slightly to square

the frame and tweak the Louvre panels to find the best position.

Note: Over time the bolts and nuts may come loose, make sure check and tighten them properly and

periodically.

Adding lubricant periodically to joints and axles is highly recommended.
