Sending Messages via E-Mail
Some providers support the forwarding of SMS messages from the landline
network to an e-mail address. These SMS must have a certain format. Please
contact your provider for further information.
The following is a general configuration example of the provider Anny Way (state
12/2007):
Configuration with HSComm
In order to enable the alarm, check on the "Alarm inputs" tab the
checkmark (Figure 8, page 37, position 8) for the desired alarm input.
Select in the list field "Type of connection" (Figure 8, page 37, position 2)
"SMS to D2-net".
Disable briefly "Alarm input 1/2 active" and enter the phone number
0900 32669005 into the field "Service center number“ (page 37, Figure
8, position 7). (check call blocking of the phone connection for 0900
numbers if required).
Enter the e-mail address for "Collective message" (Figure 8, page 37,
position 6), enter a blank and then start your text.
In order to specify the individual message for the input, enter the
message text into the text field "Individual message" (Figure 8, page 37,
position 4 for alarm input 1 and position 3 for alarm input 2).
Enter the phone number 6245 into the entry field Recipient number
(Figure 8, page 37, position 5) in the field of the respective alarm input.
(The note about the format of the recipient number can be ignored).
