and if all electrical connections are safe
and conform to current wiring

Switch ON power supply to the unit
and record if any error codes
Address error codes accordingly and
record actions

Ensure the room thermostat setting is
above ambient temperature. Verify
and record the HIU has entered
heating mode.
Return room thermostat back to
original temperature

For Underfloor Heating installations
verify and record the central heating
flow temperatures to the pipes into
the floor circuits are as specified by the
system designer. Adjust accordingly if
required and verify and record
