PC and try connecting to the gateway again. If you
still cannot connect to the gateway, reset the
gateway to factory defaults. Locate the reset switch
(next to the antenna on the rear panel). Press the
reset switch, using an open paper clip, for 5 seconds.

Verify you can connect to the gateway from a wired
connection. If you changed wireless settings, you can
verify the settings you’ve changed from a wired PC.

Solution
You are likely experiencing interference from other
wireless devices (such as your microwave oven or
cordless phone).
•
Make sure the antenna on the gateway is extended
(and on your USB adapters, if applicable).
•
Increase the distance between wireless devices (for
instance, don’t position your gateway or adapters
near your cordless phone’s base).
•
If you live in a multi-level dwelling, change the
direction of the antenna on the gateway to point
directly toward you (when facing the rear panel). This
provides better coverage for multi-level buildings.
•
Switch to another channel on your cordless phone, if
possible.
•
Change the channel on the gateway to channel 1, 6,
or 11 (these channels do not overlap each other).
