Server Board SE7500WV2 includes an embedded Promise Technology
PDC20277* ATA-100 RAID controller that provides two independent ATA-100 channels in a single 32-bit, 33-MHz
PCI bus master device and provides the following features:

Two onboard 40-pin connectors

Support for IDE drives and ATAPI devices using one of the following:

DMA Mode 0,1,2

Ultra DMA Mode 0,1,2,3,4,5

PIO Mode 0,1,2,3,4

IDE transfer rates up to 100 MB/s per channel
•
Buffering for PCI/IDE burst transfers

Master/slave IDE mode

32-bit, 33-MHz bus speed with a 132 MB/s sustained transfer speed

Support for RAID levels 0, 1, 0+1

RAID 0: Striping data across up to four drives

RAID 1: Mirroring data on two drives with support for a hot-spare

RAID 0+1: Requires four drives and is implemented as two mirrored RAID 0 arrays
