Note:
once you have programmed the Always forward, the extension will have an
alert tone internal dial (a continuous tone, followed by a beep for each second), and
it will not receive calls until the function is deprogrammed.
Busy forwarding
This function forwards the incoming calls whenever the extension is busy. The ex-
tension that has a waiting line will only be considered busy when the waiting line
is filled.
To program, press
* + 44 + extension pa * + #87 + *.
To deprogram, press
* + 44 + extension pa * + *.
Note:
if the incoming call came from an internal extension, the function forwarding
will only be activated after 5 seconds. During this time, the extension that originated
the call will received a waiting forwarding tone (1 beep after every 0.5 seconds), and
it will be able to merge, if this category is programmed.
Unanswered forward
This function will forward the unanswered calls, after a preset time.
To program, press

3.3. Voice mail access password
The Voice mail access password is not the same as the extension password. During
your first access to the Voice mail, you will be requested to enter a new password,
which must be different than the manufacturing standard – 1234. To change your
password, access the voice mail by dialing #87, wait for the greeting, and then dial
the default manufacturing password. After that, please follow the menu bellow:
