entitle you to the benefits warranted herein.

This contractual warranty is granted upon the
following conditions:

All parts, pieces and components of this product
are warranted against any
manufacturing defect
for
the period of 1 (one) year, and this period, composed
by 3 (three) months of legal warranty plus 9 (nine)
months of contractual warranty, will start as of the
date when the product is delivered to the consumer,
as stated in the purchasing invoice of the product,
which is an integral part of this warranty, for the whole
National Territory. The present contractual warranty
implies in free replacement of any parts, pieces and
components presenting manufacturing defects, plus
the required workmanship for such repairs. If defects
are found to be due to misuse, instead manufacturing
defects, the respective expenses will be charged to
the Consumer.

Finding any defect, the Consumer shall immediately
contact the nearest Authorized Service from the list
provided by the manufacturer,
since only these
Companies are authorized to check and correct the
defect, during the warranty period foreseen in this
document.
The warranty will be voided
if this is not
respected, since the product will be considered as
tampered.

For home servicing requests, the Consumer shall
contact the nearest Authorized Service, in order to
check technical visits charges. In cases requiring
product removal, the expenses related to transport
and round-trip insurance will be born by the
Consumer.
4 This warranty will be voided under any of the
following circumstances: a)
if the defect is not a
