Manual Intend Stiffmaster - 5 

 

Push  the  lower  cup  with  the  already 
pressed  in  radial  bearing  onto  the  unit. 
By  pushing  all  together,  the  blue  shell 
comes  out  through  the  upper  cup  with. 
Ensure  a  proper  and  smooth  run  of  the 
unit. If not, maybe the o-ring is anywhere 
where  he  shouldn’t  be.  If  you  put  in 
everything  correctly,  you  will  feel  a 
smooth  run  of  the  headset  in  the 
assembly step shown on the right side. 

If the O-ring gets slightly damaged anywhere, this does NOT make a big influence of the 
seal – don’t worry! 

 

Press it in like shown left or use a device for this step e.g. a softhammer or a bench vice 
(Schraubstock).
