INSTALLATION OF VISOR WITH DIVATOR HATCH

1. Clean the rubber edge of the mask fully.
2. Put the lower edge of the visor in the rubber groove of the mask and align the
index on the visor with the index on the mask.
3. Align the upper edge of the visor in the same way.
4. Hold the visor in place and turn the remaining sections of the rubber edge over the
visor. Make sure that the tension is equally distributed.
5. Apply a small amount of soapy water or hand detergent solution on the outside of
the rubber edge and on the inside of the frame halves.
6. Insert the distance washers into the slots of the frame halves.
7. Install the frame halves and press them together by hand.
8. Insert the screws and tighten alternately to achieve equal tensions.
9. Attach a breathing valve to the mask.
10. Connect the mask to a breathing apparatus.
11. Put on the mask.
12. Apply plenty of soapy water around the frame.
13. Look for air bubbles. If any bubbles should arise the visor is not correctly installed
and the whole procedure must be redone.
