ELEVATING LEGREST ASSEMBLY
INSTALLATION (FIGURE 5)
1. Insert the lower footrest assembly into the
calfpad assembly and secure it with the bolt and
locknut. Securely tighten.
2. Place elevating legrest assembly on the outside
of the wheelchair and install the hinge plates onto
the hinge pins on the wheelchair frame.
3. Rotate elevating legrest assembly toward the in-
side of the wheelchair until it locks in place.
4. Repeat this procedure for other legrest assem-
bly.
NOTE: The footplates will be facing each other
when locked in place.
5. After seated in wheelchair, adjust footrest to
correct height by loosening the nut and sliding
the lower footrest assembly up or down until de-
sired height is achieved.
6. To release the elevating legrest assembly, push
the legrest release handle toward the inside of
the wheelchair (facing the front of the wheel-
chair) and swing the legrest assembly to the
outside of the wheelchair.

HEEL LOOP REPLACEMENT (FIGURE 4)
1. Loosen, but do not remove the bolt and locknut
that secure the lower half of the footrest to the
swingaway footrest assembly.
2. Remove the lower footrest assembly.
3. Remove the mounting screw and locknut that
secure the heel loop to the footrest.
4. Slide heel loop over cane of the footrest assem-
bly.
5. Replace heel loop.
6. Reverse
STEPS 1-4
to reassemble.
NOTE: When securing the heel loop to the foot-
rest assembly, tighten the mounting screw and
locknut until the spacer is secure.

1. Remove impact guard/calf strap from packaged
container if not already secured to the footrest.
2. Secure one(1) impact guard to the each foot-
rest.
3. Secure one side of the calf strap around the each
footrest (with the impact guards attached).
