W A R N I N G
After ANY adjustments, repair or service and BEFORE use, make sure all attaching
hardware is tightened securely - otherwise injury or damage may occur.
Anti-tippers MUST be attached at all times. Inasmuch as the anti-tippers are an
option on this wheelchair (you may order it with or without the anti-tippers),
Invacare strongly recommends ordering the anti-tippers as an additional safeguard
for the wheelchair user.
Anti-tippers MUST be fully engaged and release buttons fully protruding out of
adjustment holes.
Ensure both anti-tippers are adjusted to the same mounting hole.

NOTE: For this procedure, refer to
FIGURE 8.1.
Setting the four heights
1. To adjust the height, release the push
pin C from the housing.
2. Adjust the ant-tipper device tube to one
of the four desired height.
3. Ensure that the anti-tipper has a 40 to
50 mm ground clearance, when activated.
This adjustment is required with reference
to the position and diameter of the rear
wheel. The distance between the anti-
tipper device and the drive wheel should
be 50 mm.
W A R N I N G
Make sure that the anti-tipper device is
fitted correctly on each side, the push
pins B and C must lock into position.
The adjustment must be carried out by
an authorized dealer.
