Shift position of rear plate halves (three settings are possible using drill holes).

Before pulling Flex3 backrest apart, a "1" will be visible in the small, rectangular cut-out.
•
After pulling Flex3 backrest apart, a "2" will be visible in the small, rectangular cut-out.

Re-insert two screws

into middle plate.
6.
Retighten front lateral plates (2 and 4).
