Motor Locks, Wheels & Brakes
WARNING:
After ANY adjustments, repair or service and BEFORE use, make sure that all attaching hardware is tightened
securely - otherwise injury or damage may result.
CAUTION:
As with any vehicle, the wheels and tyres should be checked periodically for cracks and wear, and should be
replaced.
9.1 Disengaging

Motor Lock Levers
WARNING:
DO NOT engage or disengage motor locks until the
power switch is in the OFF position.
1.
Perform one of the following:
•
Disengage (PUSH) - turn the motor lock levers
‘outwards’ towards the wheel.
•
Engage (DRIVE) - turn the motor lock levers
‘inwards’ towards the centre of the chair (as
shown).
