Remove the frontal seat tilt piston by loosening
the circlips (A) and removing the dowel (B), the
spacers (C) and then loosening the circlips (D),
removing the dowel (E) and loosening the piston
from its attachment at the rear of the chair.
NB! There is a major risk of you or the user
sustaining trapping injuries when the seat
tilt piston has been removed.

Fit the electrically operated seat tilt piston there
instead, using the same circlips and dowels as
when you removed the seat tilt piston.
Note that the frontal piston is to be fi tted into
the upper hole of the attachment. If it is diffi cult
to feed the dowel into place, you must enlarge
the hole on the attachment slightly by removing
paint.
6.
Fit the electrically operated backrest tilt piston
into its attachment under the seat with the circlips
(A) and the dowel (B). Attach the piston to the
backrest arch using the pin at the back.
Ensure that it "clicks" into the attachment
securely.
