Troubleshooting

SYMPTOMS
FAULTS
SOLUTION
Hydromassage System
System will not start
No electrical power to tub
Check and reset breaker
Switch air hose disconnected
Reconnect hose to switch and controller
System is ineffective
Water deposits in whirlpool jets Disassemble and clean whirlpool jets
System is noisy
Whirlpool jets are turned on
without water completely
covering the jet assemblies
Turn off the whirlpool jets. Add water to the tub to completely cover the jet
assemblies and test the whirlpool function again.
Tub Operation
No water flow
Water supply turned off
Turn on water supply
Restricted water flow
Water temperature control valve Inspect and clean the water temperature control valve. Refer to the Moen service
manual at www.moen.com. Search for Model 3371 ExactTemp Temperature Control
