13. TROUBLESHOOTING
The following simple issues can be handled by the user. Please call the after-sale service
department if the issues are not settled.
Appliance is not working
The plug is not in the socket. Put the plug in the socket. Low
Power Voltage. Check if the temperature control knob is in the
OFF position. Circuit failure.
Odor
Be certain that stored goods are wrapped or placed in plastic
containers. Check if any stored goods are rotten. Clean the
interior of the Mini Fridge, more frequently.
Excessive Compressor
Operation
It is normal for the Refrigerator to operate longer periods of
time during the summer months when the temperatures are
naturally higher. Do not place maximum stored goods in the
Mini Fridge. Do not open the door very frequently. Possible
defrost necessary.
The Mini Fridge Door
does not shut properly
Be certain any stored goods are not obstructing the door from
closing. The Mini Fridge has too many stored goods.
The Mini Fridge is unbalanced.
Loud noises
Check if the ground is sturdy and leveled. Check the stored
goods are properly placed.
Difficulty in opening the
door
During refrigeration it is very likely for a pressure differential
between the interior and the exterior of the Mini Fridge. This
built pressure will result in difficulty to open the door. This is
considered normal.
Heat emissions and
condensation
The Mini Fridge may emit a certain level of heat, especially
during the summer months which is normal.
Condensation on the exterior surface and the door seals
is possible when the humidity levels are high, this could be
resolved by simply wiping with a towel.
Circulation sounds
It is normal the circulation of fluids within the Refrigerator
to produce certain sounds, this does not affect the cooling
efficiency. This could be noticed especially when the
compressor begins and when it ends its operation. The valve or
the electric switch valve may possibly clatter, this is considered
normal and does not affect the unit operation.
