The maximum capacity of the scale is max. 180 kg (397 lb). During the weight measurement the results are
indicated in 100 g steps (0.2 lb).

Before you use the appliance for the first time, please do as follows: Carefully unpack the appliance and remove all the
packaging material. Keep the material (plastic bags and cardboard) out of reach of children. Check the appliance after
unpacking for any damage, possible from transportation.
Before the first use the scale must be initialised. This must be done every time you use the scale on a different spot or when
the batteries are replaced.
Place the scale on a flat and stable surface. With your foot press on the middle of the glass surface. The display will indicate
0000 or -----. The scale will automatically switch off. The scale is now ready for use.

Press the UNIT button on the back of the scale to select the correct measuring unit(kg/lb).
kg = kilograms
lb = pounds
