Note
: Different fault actions are taken for different
fault severities. The first 10 faults are not grouped
by severity, but each four of the subsequent faults
are grouped by severity in ascending order from
right to left in hexadecimal format, that is, from the
ones place to the thousands place (for example,
the ones place of fault severity group 1
corresponds to fault 11).
