Ioline CrystalPress User Guide
No power when machine is turned on and the
Status
light stays dark.
Cause:
1. The
power cord is damaged or
disconnected.
2. The machine is damaged and
needs professional service.
Solution:
1. Check the power connection.
2. Contact Ioline Customer Ser-
vice.
Nothing happens when a motif file is sent from CrystalStudio.
Cause:
1. The machine is in
Pause
(red
light) mode.
2. A communication problem has
occurred.
Solution:
1. Position the
Transfer Sheet
where
the motif should start then press
the
Reset
key to put the machine
in
(green light) mode.
2. Check communication port con-
nections.
A motif doesn’t start at the correct point on the
Transfer Sheet
Cause:
The starting point is not set in the
correct location.
Solution:
Put the machine in
Pause
mode by
pressing the
Print/Pause
key then use
the
Arrow
keys to position the
Transfer
Sheet
on the
White Pounce Strip
where
the motif should start. Press the
Reset
key to set the start point and enter
mode.
The machine does not complete the motif.
Cause:
1. Mechanical problem.
2. Electronic or software issue.
3. CrystalPress positioned in direct
sunlight and the sensors are
blinded.
Solution:
1. Check the exterior of the
machine to determine if any
obvious problems are evident.
Check for blinking light errors
and review all sections of the
Troubleshooting
chapter for
hints. Contact Ioline Customer
Service if the problem is not
resolved.

Position the CrystalPress away
from direct sunlight so the sen

sor detect light signals properly.
Large Rhinestones are tilted after placement.
Cause:
Placing small stones near larger
stones can cause the C-Stick to touch
the large stones causing them to tilt
due to the difference in height.
Solution:
Place stones in order of smallest to
largest on the motif.
