ScreenPlay TV Link DX does not respond to the remote control
z
Make sure you are pointing the remote control directly at the receiver on the
front
panel
. The indicator light on the ScreenPlay TV Link DX will flash once when it receives
a signal from the remote control. If the indicator light is not on, make sure the
ScreenPlay TV Link DX is receiving power (see
ScreenPlay TV Link DX LED does not
light
), then check the following suggestions.
z
If you are using the remote control for the first time, install the included AAA
batteries. Make sure the batteries are oriented correctly.
z
If you have used the remote control for some time, the batteries could be depleted.
Try replacing them.

TV screen resolution is not as high as expected
If the ScreenPlay TV Link DX is connected to an HD TV via an HDMI cable, it is recommended
that you use the
HDMI Auto
setting for video output. The ScreenPlay TV Link DX will then
automatically use the highest resolution supported on the TV for each digital movie you
watch.
If you are using a composite or component video connection for the ScreenPlay TV Link DX,
you might be able to manually select a higher resolution to optimize the display. See
Settings
> Audio/Video > Video Output
for more information.
