Troubleshooting
D i a l i n g a n d P l a c i n g C a l l s
1. I do not hear a dial tone (WN400-S only).
• Make sure you waited 60 seconds after reboot.
• Verify that the telephone set is properly connected to your IP
ico
device.
• Hang up and try placing your call again.
• Try rebooting.
2. After dialing to a WN400-S (FXS) , I do not hear a ringback tone.
• Verify that your Master/Slave settings are configured correctly.
• The WN400-S you are trying to reach may be inaccessible. Verify
that your network settings are configured correctly. Please refer to
the
Network Problems
section.
