H.264 RTSP stream control 

Selected H.264 cameras have the ability to associate image parameters with streams.  The OIDs in this table 
are available for stream

 where the number of streams is determined by the camera model.  The value with 

index 0 is a comma separated list of the current settings for all available streams.
