Users determine the conditions for activating the fields by setting the state of the external input.
External input is can be configured for three states, as shown in Fig.2.5.4.2.
High is selected for an input that is connected to 24Vdc
Low is selected for an input connected to 0Vdc or open

There are four field selecting small views. Users must check in the Field activation tab and activate it, then the
field can be edited in the Field sets tab.
According to the following settings, Field 1 and Field 2 are activated, Field 3 and Field 4 are disabled. When
Z1 is a high level input, Z2 is a low level input, Z3 is a high level input, Z4 is a low level input, Field 1 is
activated.
When Z1 is a low level input, Z2 is a high level input, Z3 is a high level input, Z4 is a low level input, Field 2 is
activated, as shown in Fig.2.5.4.3.
