Programming Store Names and Addresses
The BC-3000 can be programmed with store names and addresses, which allow the operator to select which
store information is to be printed on labels. The following procedure shows how to program store name and
address information.

Access the Programming mode.
Ex. Password = 9000
Note: To exit the Programming mode, press the
MODE key again.

Enter “7” followed by the ENTER key, or press
the STORE NAME key to select the Store
Programming mode.

Enter the store reference number (1 ~ 9)
followed by the PLU key.
Ex. Store Reference Number = 1

Press the ENTER key to program the store
name.

Enter the required store name using the
keyboard.
Note: For text editing, refer to Chapter 6.

When text editing is complete, press the
DOWN key.
•
Press the ENTER key to program the store
address.
•
Enter the required store address using the
keyboard (max. 47 characters).
Note: For text editing, refer to Chapter 6.

Repeat steps 3 through 5 for any other store
information to be programmed.

When all desired store names and addresses
have been entered, press the END key.

Press the MODE key to return to the normal
mode.
