IWB 

 IWX Series (Overseas Use) Service Manual

Section 3. Replacing SW Power Supply of IWX Series

The SW power supply (switching power supply) is located where the battery BOX is located for IWB
series. The electrical specifications are same as that of the SW power supply for IWQ, but the unit size is
smaller than that of IWQ by the reason of the room for mounting. (Part No: 076-3360-00, Part name:
Power supply’ Switching)

(1) Remove the 2 hexagon headed bolts with flange M4x30 fixing the battery cover, and remove the

battery cover.

(2) Disconnect the connectors CN1 for the SW power supply (AC power input) and CN2 (+5V

output).

(3) Remove the tapping screw M3x8 fixing the SW power supply.

(4) While biting the open portion at the edge of the card spacer by a pair of long-nose pliers, pull the

board to disassemble the SW power supply.

(5) For assembling, go through the reverse procedures.
