Specify when starting up Menu/Mode
When starting up menu with [MODE] button, you may startup all modes directly via specification codes.
In BC/AC, since you can startup all modes via code specifications, you can specify codes to allow the same
operator to use.
Since you startup using operator mode when you enter the main menu, the default usable menus in settings
mode and adjustment mode are restricted.
To startup in Manager mode, operate after cancelling protect by entering password.
On the main menu screen, cancel protect using [PLU] to allow use of all menus.
