After that you must re-install the software versions to the controller, open a version of
Workbench that uses the same software version (N4.6, N4.7 or later) that you want on the
controller, and use the Platform \ Commissioning Wizard to install the desired software build.
3.9
Restore Controller to the Factory Default
In the case when you forget the user and / or password for the platform, or you can’t connect
to the controller because you don’t know the IP address of the
iSMA-B-MAC36NL controller
you have the function to restore factory values.
The factory default function causes:
1.
Removes all users of the platform and restore the factory user "tridium" with the
password "niagara"
2.
Removes the IP network settings and restore the factory IP address - 192.168.1.123
3.
Removes of all modules and leaving the baja.jar module in the version in which the
Commissioning Wizard was carried out (necessary to connect to the controller)
4.
Removes the station
5.
Removes the passphrase
Note: Restoring factory default is not the same as performing a clean-up procedure using the
Clean Dist.
To restore the factory values, open the top cover by undershooting it with a flat screwdriver in
the grooves on the left and right side and on the top and bottom (in the middle of the cover
along each side).
