recharge the jump starter after use or when the red low voltage warning LED indicator flashes or
the low voltage buzzer sounds. Leaving the battery in a discharged state will considerably shorten the life
of the battery.
Recharge the battery at least once every three months with the supplied AC adapter (20) or use a
KEMAX
battery charger for continued maintenance charging. The internal electronics monitor the battery status and
will prevent over-charging. Keeping the battery fully charged will improve the life of the battery.
AC ADAPTER (20)
To charge this jump starter from a normal household socket, plug the AC adapter (20) supplied with this
product into the wall socket. Then use the connection pin to plug into the socket (5) in the front panel of the
jump starter. Charge until the status indicator LED shows full.
DC ADAPTER (21)
To charge the jump starter from a 12V boat or car accessory socket, insert the cigarette lighter plug of the
DC adapter (21) supplied with this product into a 12V DC cigarette lighter socket in your vehicle or boat and
put the other end (output pin) into the socket (5) on the front panel of the jump starter until the battery
status indicator shows full.
Wait at least one hour after charging before using the jump starter.
