Insert the gnocchi group GN20 into the ravioli mould’s
position, as shown in the picture.
Keep closed the cover of the ravioli group and insert the two
sides of the gnocchi group through the opened sides of the
cover [6].
Use the supplied tool [7] to turn anticlockwise the nut [8]
located on the side of the GN20 gnocchi group till it is
completely inserted into its seat inside the ravioli group.
Insert the fixing pin [9] into the hole [10] on the side of
gnocchi group GN20 turning it till the end.
When the gnocchi group GN20 is properly inserted, the
cover [S] is mechanically blocked.
To open the gnocchi group GN20 it is necessary to remove
it from its seat inside the ravioli group.
Insert on the gnocchi dough container [RG] the distributor
[12] – use the one with the single hole for gnocchi and the
one with two holes for chicche – and turn it clockwise to fix it
with the two pins on the pipe [13].
