Turn the handle [L] anticlockwise to lift down the piston [15]
for some centimetres inside the container [RG].
Turn into the horizontal position the handle [L] to hook the
automatic lowering of the piston and re-start the machine
pressing the button [P1], “START”.
To make chicche, put the two holes distributor [12] onto the
gnocchi dough container [RG]
It is necessary to repeat the previous steps to adjust the
size of the product each time you use another distributor
[12].
When you finish the production of gnocchi and chicche, stop
the machine pressing [P3], “STOP”, turn the handle [L] to
the vertical position to unhook the automatic lowering of the
piston.
Then rotate clockwise the handle [L] to lift up the piston till
the top position [15].
