Unscrew the mould’s fixing pin [3] by turning the knob [4]
and remove the pin completely.
Open the cover [1] and remove the ravioli mould [2].
Clean the mould with a non-abrasive wet cloth or with
compressed air.
Never wash the mould in water and never use any tool or
knife to clean the mould.
The use of unsuitable tools may cause serious damages to
the machine!
Turn the handle [6] into the vertical position to unhook the
automatic lowering of the piston and turn the handle [6]
clockwise till the piston is outside the filling container in its
top position [7].
Remove the filling container [7] and clean it carefully. It is
made of stainless steel AISI 304 and it can be washed in
water with suitable detergents.
Turn the handle [6] to lower the piston [8] and clean it with a
non-abrasive wet cloth.
