start automatically.

Once the flame has ignited, continue to press the knob for about 15 seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up and keep the

valve open. At this point, simply regulate the burner power:

Ignition – REMOTE CONTROL mod.

--- CONTROL UNIT

1 - insert the batteries in the electronic control unit on the appliance (Fig.4).

IMPORTANT: the remote control to be able to work must be recognized by the control unit on the appliance, the recognition ope-

ration is carried out by the Manufacturer and can be re-executed by the final customer.

2 - switch on the control unit, switch on (Fig.15: 4), the red LED lights up for 3 seconds (Fig.15: 5) and then goes off. 3 - press

the On / Off button for 2 “(Fig.15: 2), then release the button as soon as the red LED lights up.

4 - the red LED lights up intermittently (start of the ignition cycle), if there are no problems, the appliance is switched on to MAX

power. If the appliance does not switch on after several attempts in automatic mode, the red LED stays on steady to indicate the

blocking status, at this point check: electrode, gas supply, etc. To exit the lock state, simply press the On / Off button (Fig.15: 2).

6 - adjust the desired flame height (7 steps for 7 different heights), using the keys (Fig.15: 1 or 3). Each time you press the but-

ton (Fig.15: 1 or 3) it corresponds to a different height. Keep the “-” key pressed to lower the flame immediately to the MIN, keep

the “+” key pressed to raise the flame immediately to the MAX.

--- RECOGNITION AND USE OF THE REMOTE CONTROL

IMPORTANT: each remote control commands only one device, after being recognized by a device.

IMPORTANT: the remote control to be able to control the appliance must be recognized by the control unit, the recognition op-

eration is not carried out by the Manufacturer but must be carried out by the end customer.

IMPORTANT: if the two sides are not touched, the remote control does not work (the green light does not come on) to prevent

accidental switching on of the appliance.

1 - insert the batteries in the remote control (Fig.4).

2 - hold the remote control by always touching the two sides (Fig.10), the green LED flashes to indicate that the remote control

is not coupled to any device.

3 - keep the “+ and -” keys pressed together on the control unit (the remote starts to emit a sound), as soon as the red LED on

the control unit starts to flash, press the On / Off button for 2 “(Fig.15: 2) .

4 - press the “SET” key on the remote control for 3 “(Fig.15: 7), the green LED stays on steady, confirming that the device has

been recognized.

5 - keep the On / Off button on the remote control pressed for 3 “(Fig.15: 9) to switch on the appliance, the red LED on the

remote control flashes to signal the start of the ignition cycle.

--- RESET remote control

1 - press the “SET” button on the remote control for about 10 “, until the red and green LEDs light up and flash simultaneously

(Fig.15: 6 and 12) then remove the batteries and reinsert them after about 5”.

IMPORTANT! If the appliance is switched on by the remote control, keep the On / Off button pressed for 3 “(Fig.15: 9), if you

click the button for 1” or 2 “the appliance will not switch on and goes into block. The device automatically exits the blocking state

after about 10 “.

IMPORTANT! The fast replacement of the remote control batteries does not cancel the recognition operation between the con-

trol unit and the remote control (if already done).

IMPORTANT! The “AUX” button on the remote control (Fig.15: 11) does not activate any additional components for this applian-

ce.

IMPORTANT! If the pilot flame goes out, accidentally or due to lack of gas, the gas supply will be automatically interrupted by

means of the installed safety device.

IMPORTANT! Avoid repeated ignition attempts: if the appliance does not operate immediately, make sure ALL the installation

operations have been performed correctly.

IMPORTANT! During operation and also after switch off, DO NOT TOUCH the protection grilles, the burner unit, the glass pipe

and the cover dish. These are hot and could cause burns.

SWitchinG oFF

A - MANUAL mod.:

1 – Remove the side cover (Fig. 3).

2 – Turn the control knob clockwise, returning this to position “0” (Fig. 5: 1).

3 – Correctly fit the side cover back on in reverse sequence.

B – REMOTE CONTROL Mod.:

1 – Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control (Fig. 6) or on the control unit on board the appliance (Fig. 6).

2 – Remove the side cover (Fig. 3) and close the gas supply tap.

IMPORTANT! IF THE APPLIANCE IS NOT USED FOR A LONG PERIOD, REMOVE THE IGNITION BATTERIES (Fig. 4: 3),

OF THE REMOTE CONTROL AND OF THE REMOTE CONTROL UNIT (Fig. 4: 3) FROM THEIR HOUSING, TO PREVENT

CORROSIVE LIQUID LEAKING OUT AND CAUSING DAMAGE.
