SET UP AND OPERATION
One set of iTOOLco Real Jacks (or two alike reel stands) and one iTOOLco Axle are required for
complete set up.

Always wear gloves and eye protection when
working with iTOOLco Real Jacks and Axles.
2.
Make sure wire reel is chocked to prevent
movement during setup.
3.
Position the iTOOLco Axle through the center holes
of wire reel. (Fig. 1)
4.
Place Real Jacks on either side of reel with longer
side (T-shaped end) toward the pull.
5.
Pull out the pop pin and stand the jack upright.
6.
Place hitch pin into vertical hole position.
7.
Adjust roller cage to appropriate height and lock
into place using the t-handle pop pin.
8.
Slide jack into or over axle, leaving 10” between jack
and reel to allow for handle to turn.
9.
Turn handle to lift reel off floor approximately 1”.
10.
Level reel by jacking up each side to the appropriate
height. Begin pulling wire.
11.
When finished dispensing wire, the reel should be
lowered in the reverse manner.
