Hold the mill in upright position, open top cover by turning counter-
clockwise. (The tightness will be loosen over times)

Remove white plastic sleeve from the battery compartment, insert
6 AAA size batteries, put the sleeve back on to secure the batteries
inside compartment.

Pull and separate the upper console (
Figure 1
) from the container
base (
Figure 2
) to load pepper or salt (Fill up to 80% full for smooth
operation).

Align two metal wires on the upper console with the two metal
contacts on the container base (
Figure 3
), push the upper console
into the container base until it fits in.

Hold the mill in upright position, put the top cover back on the
upper console while aligning the “arrow” symbol from the top cover
to the “unlock” symbol (
Figure 4
) on the container base. Once the
top cover is securely fasten onto the container base, rotate
clockwise until a “click” sound is heard.

Remove the black cap (
Figure 5
) from the bottom of the mill, push
and hold the button on the top to mill. Grinding stops immediately
when releasing pressure off the button.

To control the fineness of the grind, adjust the control dial on the
underside of the mill. Hold the mill in upright position, turn
clockwise for finer grind and counter-clockwise for coarser

Do not overfill the container base. Fill up to 80% full of pepper or
salt for smooth operation.

Only use with 6 AAA size batteries. For best result, we recommend
to use alkaline batteries with same brand.

Keep the mill clean and sealed.

Avoid contact with water.
